Service Description
Our indoor leisure facility and spa are a beautiful addition to our offer here at Bala. It includes an outdoor hot tub, sauna, and indoor swimming pool. 60 minute, shared session : £8.50 per adult £5 per child (3 years to 15 years) - accompanied by a paying adult £1 under 3 year old - accompanied paying adult Exclusive use of pool available at an additional £10 per person/per slot * Please call to arrange private hire on 01678 521202 The prices quoted are per slot, if you wish to extend to a longer session then an additional slot charge is payable . Towel Hire available upon request at £3.00 per towel, payable upon arrival Anyone under the age of 16yrs are not permitted to use the Sauna and Hot Tub.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling On-site activities can be cancelled or changed without charge 24 hours before the activity is scheduled to start. If you decide to cancel your session within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge will apply; however, you may still change your activity without charge, (subject to availability). Any rescheduled activities will be subject to the original charge if cancelled at any time.
